This post brings you up-to-date with the latest courses for the New Year at Embrace Mindfulness.
8 week MBSR programmes
This is the core teaching programme of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). In the course you will become more aware of the unhelpful thought patterns that can trigger and perpetuate stress, anxiety, depression and low moods. With that awareness comes choice and an improved ability to respond skilfully to life’s hurdles.
Tuesday evenings course starts 22nd January – the 3rd week of January, ample time to recover from the rigours of the Christmas holidays.
Monday evenings course starts 4th February – This course starts in Feb and finishes just before the start of the Easter holidays.

Silent All-Day Retreats
For those of you who have done an 8 week course with me, or graduates of any 8-week course for that matter, I invite you to attend my next all-day silent retreats on either Saturday 2nd March 2013 or Saturday 16th March. This is a wonderful way to get in touch with and venture deeper into your practice with others doing the same. Go to Graduates for all the details or contact James to book a place.
Monthly Drop-Ins
My next Monthly Drop-in will be in the New Year Thursday 17th January, 6.30-8.30pm. Again, this will be open to anyone who has completed a course with me or any other mindfulness teacher. There will be a nominal charge of £10 payable on the night to cover the cost of these. These classes will take place at The Rectory Room, 2 Clancarty Road, Fulham, London SW6 3AB.
