8 week MBSR programmes
This is the core teaching programme of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). In the course you will become more aware of the unhelpful thought patterns that can trigger and perpetuate stress, anxiety and depression. With that awareness comes choice and an improved ability to respond skilfully to life’s hurdles.
Monday evenings course starts 25th January – Give yourself a major present this year and commit to some Mindfulness training in 2016
Wednesday evenings course starts 27th January – A mid-week evening course.
Thursday mornings course starts 28th January – A daytime course in Fulham running from 11.00am till 1.00pm
Tuesday evenings course starts 1st March – This evening course starts after half-term and finishes after Easter.

Silent All-Day Retreats
For those of you who have done an 8 week course with me, or graduates of any 8-week course for that matter, I invite you to attend my next all-day silent retreats which will be on Saturday 12th March & Saturday 9th April This is a wonderful way to get in touch with and venture deeper into your practice with others doing the same. Monthly Drop-Ins
My next Monthly Drop-in for is taking place on Monday 30th November, 6.30-8.30pm. Again, this will be open to anyone who has completed a course with me or any other mindfulness teacher. These classes will take place at The Rectory Room, 2 Clancarty Road, Fulham, London SW6 3AB. Please contact me if you’d like to come.
