An Interview with with Mindfulness Teacher Andries J Kroese

This is a quite mesmerising interview with a Dutch Professor of Vascular Surgery turned mindfulness teacher who conveys with presence and humility his journey and search for meaning. If you can find a spare 20 minutes it is well worth a look…….on second thoughts better to make 20 minutes to hear what he has to say; after all practice is about making the time rather than finding it.

I hope you enjoy it.
