I use a range of mindfulness-based approaches to deliver a highly structured, experiential mentoring program with a major emphasis on personal meditation practice and the cultivation of attentive self-compassion.
The therapy is a blend of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) which are specifically designed to teach people practical skills that can help with life challenges and physical and psychological health problems.
Both MBSR and MBCT are commonly delivered in a group format over an eight week course, however the benefits are equally applicable to individual therapy, where personal issues can be explored in more depth.
My aim is to provide a safe, supportive and confidential environment where the therapeutic process can flourish.
Sessions are one and a half hours long and are charged at £95.00 per session.
