I teach mindfulness based approaches to individuals, couples and groups.
Regardless of how you choose to embrace mindfulness, my central aim and ambition is to teach you a life skill which you can and will use for the rest of your life; a way of being with your experience that embodies greater balance of mind, increased self-reliance and more tolerance for working with difficulty.
It is important to note that however that there are some differences in the experience of learning within these formats.
For this reason I like to see people in person for an initial consultation / orientation to explain the pros and cons of each approach. Furthermore, this allows you to get a feel for how I work, the environment in which sessions take place and thereby make an informed decision on what best suits your needs going forward.
