Yes, I particularly like the way she ‘honours each step’in her process ….and the messages are lovely and engaging.
Yes – honouring each step – sooo hard to do. Yet, as children we did it so naturally… I hadn’t heard the expression before watching her video and am very glad to have heard it now.
Last week’s practice was interesting – I have a beautiful blue shrub (ceonothus, cianothus, see-n-no-fuss) in my back garden AND my front garden. So every day last week started with the appreciation of blue, even before the sky did what its doing right now. Interesting to notice how easy it is to put a value judgement on things too. Blue plastic bag on path, bad. Blue sky, good.
